While Restoro is built to work in any situation, there are certain conditions which require some user interaction - if you encounter an issue while trying to run our free scan make sure you check and try the following:
A. You have disabled any content filtering software from blocking Restoro B. Add Restoro to any Firewall and open port: 80 on Restoro process (Typically Restoro.exe) C. Make sure you are not using P2P file sharing application while running our Repair (example: Emule, Utorrent) D. Close any bandwidth allocation programs (Example: Net limiter) E. Try to run under Safe-mode with networking: Go to Start menu > Restoro for WinOS >Run in safe mode
Most Microsoft based operating systems are supported by Restoro - WinOS XP and above.
Non-supported operating systems are pre XP editions and NT/2000.

Go to the start menu (or Add/Remove programs) and choose Restoro for WinOS. From there you can choose to remove the Restoro application. Follow instructions on the uninstall Wizard, and restart your computer when prompted to do so.
If you haven't made any major changes to the PC in question, you can safely reverse the whole repair process. Go to the start menu (or Add/Remove programs) and choose Restoro for WinOS. From there you can choose to revert changes. Follow instructions on the uninstall Wizard, and restart your computer when prompted to do so.
